What is an Assessment?

An assessment is the first step in getting started with training. The assessment creates an opportunity for a new athlete to meet an AIM Sports Performance Coach and discuss training experience, injury history and goals. This is followed up by a series of tests and movements used to check movement patterns as well as potential risk factors that may contribute to an injury.

What is Semi-Private Training?

Through the use of an app , each athlete has access to their training program right on their phone. Through this app, the athlete is able to access their program, videos to explain exercises, as well as track their progress. With that, performance coaches are leading a group training environment to coach and address any needs an athlete may have, from questions on an exercise to assistance with a partner exercise in their program.
